Package Protection — Reship Guarantee
Shipments happen in the real world. Boxes get lost in transit, damaged by carriers, or marked “delivered” and never arrive. Package Protection covers your order against all three.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, Reta One Labs will reship your order at no additional cost — no carrier claims, no waiting on UPS or USPS investigations, no back-and-forth. One email to support with your order number and we ship a replacement the next business day.
What’s covered:
- Packages marked delivered but not received (porch theft)
- Damaged vials or broken seals on arrival
- Shipments lost in transit or stuck in carrier limbo beyond 10 business days
- Incorrect delivery to wrong address by carrier
How it works:
Add Package Protection at checkout. If anything goes wrong with your shipment, email support@retaonelabs.com with your order number and photos (for damage claims). Replacement ships within 1-2 business day of claim approval.
Coverage applies to the full order value up to $500. One-time fee per order.
Without Package Protection, lost or stolen shipments are the responsibility of the customer per carrier terms.
